The way you look at each other when nobody is watching. The laugh you didn’t know the camera caught. Your favourite people dancing like nobody is filming.
Those are the moments I want you to remember. Not just how your wedding looked.

Some happen before you ever reach the aisle. Some happen when everyone else has gone home.

Think about your ‘non-negotiables’. The moments you wish to hold onto forever. Then see which package includes those. Pricing can also come into your decision but the best way to decide is to jump on a call. I can answer any questions and then you can go away and have a good think about whats right for you, knowing you have all the answers you need.

As long as you know the person you’re marrying on the day, then we can work the rest out along the way. You don’t need to have everything sorted if you just want to find out more so please don’t hesitate to give us a call or drop an email. No question is a silly one.

We do! We understand that when it comes to weddings, most providers tend to ask for an initial deposit to secure the date and then payment in full around the 4-6week mark before the big day.
We too have this as a payment option, however, Video often captures more than you ever realised and sometimes moments and surprises may happen that you wished you had paid to have memorialised on film after the big day.
Therefore we also offer a ‘Pay Post Wedding’ Option. You put down the standard £450 deposit. We show up on the day and stay for the agreed times. After the wedding you then pay for the videos you wish to be edited.£50 for a short Highlights Film.
£300 for the Teaser, short Highlights Film and Ceremony in full.
£950 for the Teaser, extended Highlights Film, Ceremony and Speeches in full.
This payment plan will only be available until the end of 2026 so don’t hesitate to jump on it whilst it lasts.
On the day

Our approach is to be as inconspicuous as possible. Some of the best moments are captured when people don’t realise they are being filmed.
We use a mixture of static and handheld cameras to capture multiple angles in an attempt to capture all your special moments.
Before the day we will have a call via Google Meet to talk through any key moments, special requests and general questions you may have. This ensures we have a written list of moments you hope to prioritise and set expectations from the get go.

Weddings have a funny way of making their own plans. Timings run late, speeches go on longer than expected or the weather changes it's mind.
It’s not something you need to worry about.
I’ll work alongside you and the other suppliers throughout the day, adapting as things unfold and making the most of whatever moments come our way.
Remember - sometimes the moments that weren’t planned at all end up being the ones you’ll treasure the most.
The main thing is you enjoy being in the moment - we’ll take care of the rest.

For majority of Weddings, the photographers take the lead and us Videographers are here to capture more quietly.
There may, however, be an opportunity too good to miss where we will take over and direct a few moments.
Alternatively, if you have a clear vision for how you want your Wedding video to turn out and it means Videography may take priority in setting up moments, we will ensure to co-ordinate with the other vendors to make sure there is a happy balance for everyone.
As always, communication is key.
After the day

We aim to have a teaser to you within 7 working days after your wedding.
The remaining footage may take up to 12 weeks after the big day.
Should you have taken advantage of our Payment Plan (offer ends 31.12.26) then those timelines start from the moment payment has been received.
For example - if your wedding was on 1st January and you pay the £50 for you teaser on the 10th January, you can expect the Teaser to be delivered by 17th January.If scheduling happens to affect these timelines then you will be warned in advance.

We will keep all RAW footage up to 6 months after your big day. Once 6 months has passed, we will permanently delete all RAW files.
You are able to purchase all RAW/unedited footage from the day. Prices start from £1000 depending on the amount of footage. This can be discussed on a case by case basis.

As part of the contract you sign before the big day, the footage remains Wildcard’s property and can but used on our socials and website to help other couples find us and our work. Should you wish to opt out of this then please let us know beforehand.
